| The rapid development in communication system and recent innovation in technology have
witnessed as challenges and changing emphasis in the role of information and its management. The new
technologies have facilitated the transformation of data into digital format. Libraries and librarians
have to use the changing technology to provide the best access and service to their patrons. This paper
