| There are lots of potentials and benefits of digitisation and digital libraries. However, coming down to the context of Manipur, the existing government and private public libraries remain miserably poor at its initial stage. Libraries have been neglected for many decades in this state. But, as a fact, no one has ever achieve the perfect right to education without providing proper library services in a state or Union Territories in India. It depicts the present scenario of digitisation in the libraries of Manipur. |
