| The population growth is associated with birth rate, death rate as well as migration. There are various techniques to measure population growth. The present study focuses on the change of population in last 40 years. In the early decades population growth was extremely fast. However, after 1991, the growth of population is low level. There are certain reasons such as in early decades deference between death rate and birth rate was very high level whereas after 1991 the margin between death rate and birth rate is very low level and close. Therefore the new trend of population growth in Ahmednagar district is closely constant. |
