Education is the most important invention of mankind. Man without education would still be living just like an
animal. In the present competitive world, productive and qualitative human resource is the only asset that makes our country shine. The present study traces the concept of inclusive education for the teachers' empowerment in the Indian context. The study carried out throws light on the scenario of inclusive education along with the legal framework and policies practised in India. Efforts are being made by the government to provide numerous facilities especially education to the disadvantaged group with a view to bring them at par with various privileged sections. The analysis critically reviews need of inclusive education in India, striving towards making inclusive education a reality. |
