| This paper is focuses on the use of E-Resources and its impact among the Research Scholars of Kakatiya University. One of the recent developments in Library and Information systems in the advent and spread of electronic information sources, services and networks mainly as a result of developments in information and communication technologies. Advances in computer applications have brought radical changes in the way information is gathered, stored, organized, accessed, retrieved, and applied.This survey examines the use of e-resources by the Research Scholars of different disciplines of Kakatiya University, Warangal in Telangana. Use of electronic resources is the most common problem faced by the students while searching the relevant information and lack of awareness about electronic resources provided by the library. The study recommended adequate information and communication technologies training and provisions of adequate computer terminals. |
