These laws are also focused on the need for internal change rather than on changes in the environment itself.
Keeping in mind all these aspects reconstruction of Library resources and services in health sector institutions has become a major concern now days. Explosion in information, changing modes of printing technologies and ICT based information retrieval system has jumbled the librarians. It has paved the way to fulfill the objectives of FIVE LAWS by restructuring the library collection and services.
This paper presents the changing dimensions in procurement, management, dissemination information in Medical Libraries in Digital Environment. It will also give an overview of the service to be provided to the patrons of these libraries.
