But, it is noted that preventive measures can avoid these health problems. The preventive measures after 40 years of age include controlling oily food, junk food, eating green vegetables, regular exercises, performing yoga and meditation, etc can reduce the risks of blood pressure and diabetes. Those who are already affected by these diseases needed much care and adjust with food habits and other activities in their life. In this regard, totally 450 patients suffering from diabetes and blood pressure are interviewed to study their activities to adjust in their life with these diseases. It is observed that food habits, especially in urban areas shows more risks of these diseases.
