| Invention of computer is one of the major scientific and technological developments in the history of mankind. Nowadays computer based communication technologies are influencing maximum activities of libraries. It has changed the way how people now access and utilize information. The aim of this paper is to study the paradigm shift of traditional Academic Libraries to modern Academic Libraries with the advent of Information Communication Technology.
