This study deals with a central library of women’s university to find the quality in library services and users satisfaction. It covers all parts of a library as administration, library staff and library users. The study adopted the survey method to collect the facts and data. For the data collection there are three types of questionnaires was prepared separately for the librarian, library staff and for the users. The questionnaires distributed to librarian to find the detailed information about infrastructure of library and their facilities, to all staff to find the satisfaction level on their job and to the users to get their views on quality in services provided by library. The study found that library has a good infrastructure; library staff is satisfied with their job and agree on quality in job. The users are also satisfied with staff attitude and delivery of library services but the study also found some lack of awareness and about updated collection and all kinds of services of library. | Keywords : | | - total quality management
