| This paper cover the study about the role played by the Economic Benefits and Job Satisfaction in Controlling the Attrition of Employee. Economic Benefits play a vital role in retaining the employee. If the Employee is getting the handsome compensation that is matching with the Industry level then generally he may not think of moving to other company by leaving the current settled job. Similarly this study also focus on the role of Job Satisfaction as a factor in controlling the attrition.
