Library has the new opportunity to improve their services through latest ICT technology. The nature of users as well as librarians has totally changed. New libraries have been moved towards print base to paperless library. This research article overviews the basic introduction of the RMRC library and their services, nature of Collection, automation status, IT infrastructure, networking, resource sharing, and various housekeeping operations. Questionnaire method is used for data collection and result shows with the help of simple table chart and graph.
